We get your gear to you as fast as we can — no weak delays, no runaround.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with tracking information when available.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Typical delivery estimates (after processing):
- Standard Shipping (United States): 5–10 business days
- Expedited options (when available): 2–5 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods can occasionally push delivery times longer. We’ll keep you updated if anything significant happens with your order.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account or contact us anytime for an update.
International Shipping We currently ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 10–25 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may charge a re-shipping fee or refund the order minus original shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with photos if applicable. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right — replacement or refund — as quickly as possible.
