3. Products & Pricing We do our best to display products and prices accurately. Colors and details can look different depending on your screen. Prices can change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We are not responsible for any pricing or product errors. If we discover an error after you order, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the correct price.

4. Orders & Payment When you place an order, you are offering to buy the product under these terms. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use Shopify’s secure payment processing.

5. Shipping Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds Our full Refund & Return Policy is available on this site. By placing an order you agree to those terms as well.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site (text, images, logos, product descriptions, etc.) is owned by or licensed to PawForge. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission.

8. User Content If you leave reviews, comments, or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. You are responsible for what you post. We can remove any content we consider inappropriate or harmful.

9. Third-Party Links This site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties This site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawForge and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
